The batch is then printed, along with information on the holding mark and breeding method. In order to guarantee a homogeneous color of the yolk, we bet on adding vegetables rich in carotenoids (beets, carrots, peppers) to the feed or water, thus avoiding the use of artificial coloring. <\/p>\n<p>We comply with the National Salmonella Control Program and regularly analyze the water. All these steps are provided for in our HACCP plan, which, together with the other daily records (production and sales), allows us to know its origin and route from the final product.<\/p>\n<p>Thinking about the environment we chose to transport the eggs in reusable boxes, thus avoiding the use of about 1,500 cardboard boxes annually. The egg cartons (12 pieces) are made from recycled paper.<\/p>\n<p>The chickens&#8217; pastures are free of pesticides, and the manure from them is used to fertilize the land.
